The purpose of this report is to provide a comprehensive account an exceptional case involving the presentation congenital rubella syndrome (CRS) in newborn. Furthermore, it aims document successful regression CRS through medical treatment alone. We present five-day-old infant who was referred our facility as case. patient presented with bilateral white corneal opacity, which observed shortly after birth. mother diagnosed rubella-positive during pregnancy. Upon initial examination under anesthesia, both eyes exhibited central opacity accompanied by large intrastromal cysts. Although few breaks Descemet's membrane were eyes, there no signs vascularization or presence iridocorneal lenticular-corneal adhesions. After undergoing consisting topical sodium chloride and steroids, cysts completely regressed. Subsequently, underwent penetrating keratoplasty further address dense scar.
